United Appeal funds also make on-going services possible such as blood collection, communication services for military families and training classes that focus on a variety of safety and community health topics. State St. Athens, Ohio 45701  Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Council serves Coolville, Albany, Athens and other Athens County communities.
