May Ave. Athens, Ohio 45701  Neighbors Helping Neighbors is regretably closed as of April 17, 2007 Athens County Habitat for Humanity builds simple, decent homes for local families. United Appeal funds help cover costs of securing property and utilities, organizing builds, and meeting other administrative needs. United Appeal donations help cover the cost of mileage reimbursement for these volunteers who often drive Athens County residents to medical appointments throughout the region. Youths are paired in professionally supported relationships with mentors and volunteers.Phone: 740-594-3395 PO Box 1199 Athens, Ohio 45701  Girl Scouts-Seal of Ohio Council collaborating with Nelsonville-York City School District provide a conflict resolution program to all children enrolled in kindergarten through sixth grade.
